ibis Les Herbiers

I use this hotel when I am driving to and from the Channel ports. Its convenient just off the autoroute, efficient and helpful staff and a good breakfast, Always a warm welcome.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, welcoming and friendly. They accommodated us by adding a single bed for our son. There’s a great restaurant just on the other side of the car park. The location is great to access the Puy du Fou park. Unfortunately we forgot our son’s “doudou” (soft toy / comfort blanket) at the hotel when we left. I called the next night to ask if they had found them. They sent them back to us together with a lovely note from the doudou to our son and some presents as well. It was very thoughtful !
